This week we want to highlight a completed program with Performance Management Consultants (PMC).
The Supported Employment project was an 18-month pilot in Iqaluit, the main activity of which was a structured mentoring program to support Inuit in retaining and advancing in their jobs. The program was a great success with 11 mentors and 12 mentees completing the program.
