Makigiaqta Strategic Planning Survey 2025
Makigiaqta Inuit Training Corporation (MITC) is currently undergoing a strategic planning process to update and confirm our goals and strategic priorities for the upcoming three years. MITC is currently:
- Reviewing and discussing its vision and mission, along with a review of objectives in each of its program areas
- Discussing what has worked well during program roll out over recent years and highlighting key achievements.
- Examining difficulties encountered and what has not worked during program roll out
MITC has contracted Sivummut Solutions Ltd (Sivummut) to provide support in this process and gather community feedback. This survey has been developed to gather input and feedback from Nunavummiut on these important factors for our organization.
Your participation in this process is highly valued and will support MITC in achieving its goals and objectives, in turn providing maximum support to Nunavut Inuit. For additional details about what MITC provides, please see our annual reports which are provided on our website here.
